In these days of Facebook, Twitter, IM, email, texting, pixting etc., we often overlook the importance of actually talking to someone in person… We learn more through face to face meetings by listening to what people say, how they say it, and their body language than is possible by any other means.

There seems to be a missing element with most management theories on how to meet the challenges of the new business environment. They all propose how it should work, but not how to actually get there!
